All the objects presented were original pieces brought from Laos that was carried by boat during Elder L09’s journey to the United States.
“This bone we consider it sacred elephant tusk, now it is illegal, we cannot get it. This bowl is for the men to carry food sacrifices they want to offer in the temple. Before, when I used to work at U.S. Aid, I use this as a paper holder and to read. This object is from 54 years ago.”
